“These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your use of Quotelogic, a service operated by Avalanche Interactive Media Games Inc. (‘Quotelogic’, ‘we’, ‘our’).”

  5. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

5.1 Subscription Plans Access to Quotelogic requires a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and included features are available on our website or within the application.

5.2 Recurring Billing Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor, such as Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds Unless required by law: • All payments are non‑refundable • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time • We do not issue refunds for failure to cancel before renewal

5.5 Failed Payments If a payment fails: • We may retry the charge • We may suspend or limit access to the Service • We may terminate the account if payment is not resolved

  2. Intellectual Property All content, branding, software, and materials provided through the Service (excluding Customer Data) are owned by Quotelogic or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
